Speak Out is a new project from Trinity and BBC 1XTRA that offers young people (16yrs - 18yrs) the opportunity to take part in a free-to-access course to learn how to use arts to address social issues.
"Speak Out is a really exciting project that will connect the next generation with present diverse grassroots artists and activists and the wider creative industry" Esther Afikiruweh, Speak Out Producer
Launching in March, the project will invite leading industry creatives to deliver master-classes and workshops that will give young people tools to tackle subjects that matter to them and develop solutions to issues they and their local communities face.
This session is about you! Learn about each other and imagine what you would like to explore through the arts. We are lucky to have guest speaker Liza Bilal who was one of the organisers for the Bristol BLM March in May 2020 to iunderstand more about how to create your own voice!
